Automatic Roud Pet Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine consist of a label wrapper, pressing pad, label dispenser, up-down assemblies, slat conveyor, product sensor, label sensor, container separator, electronic panel, and operating HMI. Main body construction of machine made of stainless steel 304 square pipe. The label dispenser, wrapper, and pressing pad have up-down assemblies for easy adjustment. Separate motor and drive are given to label wrapper and container separator for easy operation and to get fast production.

This Injection Vial labeler has different models according to the speed of the machine like 30 Vials per minute, 50 Vials per minute, 80 Vials per minute, 120 Vials per minute, 150 Vials per minute, 200 Vials per minute, and 300 Vials per minute.
Injection Vials will be coming on the moving conveyor of the Injection Vial sticker labeling machine. Once the Phenyl Vials are coming on the conveyor, Phenyl Vials move to the separator where Vials will be separated and Vials move toward the label wrapper one by one.
Before coming to the wrapper, the product sensor senses the Vial, the label sensor & dispensing motor give a signal to each other and the label will be released. The released label will be wrapped in Injection Vials when the Vial passes through the label wrapper and pressing pad.
