The stand-alone label applicator machine is mostly used to label products on conveyor lines in bulk. It has a strong sensor that can recognise the product as it comes off the conveyor and trigger the application of the label at the proper moment. In order to ensure that the label is perfectly applied to the product, the product must also be handled carefully and tightly controlled.

SSM Hologram Applicator is a compact and versatile machine that is easy to operate with multiple formats of labelling available for containers of different sizes and shapes. This machine can label up to 200 bottles per minute.
The stand-alone label applicator’s high speed model SSM LABEL – 01 has the ability to produce up to 60/120/150/200/250 products per minute. The inner roll has a diameter of 75 mm, while the outside roll has a diameter of 300 mm. A superb single point synchronized speed control system and an integrated A.C. frequency drive system are also included. In addition, this most recent label application device even has an automated system for determining label length.
