Vials will be coming on moving conveyor of High-Speed Round Vial Sticker Labeling Machine. Once Vials are coming on conveyor, vials move to separator where Vial will be separated and vials move toward label wrapper one by one. Before coming to wrapper, product sensor sense vial, label sensor & dispensing motor give signal to each-other and label will be released. Released label will be wrapped around vial when vial pass through label wrapper and pressing pad.

High Speed Round Vial Sticker Labeling Machine – 200 BPM consist of label wrapper, pressing pad, label dispenser, up-down assemblies, slat conveyor, product sensor, label sensor, Vial separator, electronic panel and operating HMI. Main body construction of machine made of stainless steel 304 square pipe. Label dispenser, wrapper and pressing pad has up-down assemblies to easy adjustment.
Separate motor and drive are given to label wrapper and container separator to easy operation and to get fast production. This Vial labeler has different model according to speed of machine like 30 Vials per minute, 50 Vials per minute, 80 Vials per minute, 120 Vials per minute, 150 Vials per minute, 200 Vials per minute and 300 Vials per minute.
