Round glass bottles will be coming on the moving conveyor of the High-Speed Round Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine. Once glass bottles are coming on the conveyor, bottles move to the separator where glass bottles will be separated and bottles move toward the label wrapper one by one. Before coming to the wrapper, the product sensor senses the product, the label sensor & dispensing motor give a signal to each other and the label will be released. The released label will be wrapped around bottles when the glass bottle passes through the label wrapper and pressing pad.

High Speed Round Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine consist of label wrapper, pressing pad, label dispenser, up-down assemblies, slat conveyor, product sensor, label sensor, container separator, electronic panel and operating HMI. Main body construction of machine made of stainless steel 304 square pipe. Label dispenser, wrapper and pressing pad has up-down assemblies to easy adjustment. Separate motor and drive are given to label wrapper and container separator to easy operation and to get fast production.
This glass bottle labeler has different model according to speed of machine like 30 bottles per minute, 50 bottles per minute, 80 bottles per minute, 120 bottles per minute, 150 bottles per minute, 200 bottles per minute and 300 bottles per minute.
