Automatic Inverted Type Air Jet Cleaning Machine Model No SSM-AJC-150 by Shiv Shakti Machtech uses the back pressure of bottles to feed them through a turn table and separator assembly, onto a conveyor belt and into the cleaning section. The machine consists of two inverters and a cleaning section equipped with a continuous vacuum system.

As the bottles reach the in-feed inverter, they are turned in the wrong direction and pushed towards the cleaning section through the back pressure of other bottles. Once in the cleaning section, a pair of nozzles flushes air inside the neck of the bottle, while the vacuum system simultaneously sucks away any particles disturbed by the air.

The bottles then move to the second inverter, where they are returned to the correct direction and proceed to the filling machine. Overall, the machine is highly efficient and uses innovative technology to clean and sterilize glass containers in the pharmaceutical industry.
