Metal Tin / Jerry Can Handling System

The Metal Tin / Jerry Can Handling System is designed to handle Metal Tin / Jerry Can of different shapes, sizes, and materials. It includes a conveyor system that transports empty Metal Tin / Jerry Can to the filling station and moves filled Metal Tins / Jerry Cans away for further processing or packaging. The system ensures smooth and continuous movement of Metal Tins / Jerry Cans, optimizing the overall efficiency of the filling process.

Control Panel and HMI (Human-Machine Interface)

The Control Panel and HMI serve as the interface between operators and the 15 kg Ghee Tin Filling Machine. The control panel allows operators to set parameters such as filling volume, speed, and timing. The HMI provides a user-friendly graphical interface that displays real-time information, alerts, and system status. Operators can monitor and control the machine’s operation through the HMI, ensuring seamless and efficient production.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
